Movie Review

(c) eLLe PHOTOGRAPHYSometimes movies are just the best thing ever – they can transport you to another place in time and make  you remember what it was like to be a teenager in love.  The Fault in Our Stars (or TFIOS as it’s called by the teenage set, I’m told) does exactly that.  I don’t want to say too much about it as I think I could easily ruin the plot, but I’ll say it takes the best of every tearjerker you’ve ever cried to and combines it with a John Cusack/Say Anything type for a new generation (there’s even a sly reference to it in TFIOS).  If this mildly sounds like your thing, I’d recommend seeing it.  And I adored Shailene Woodley as Hazel Grace Lancaster – she might be a little different, but I think we’ll be seeing more of her.
