This awards season I managed to see quite a few of the nominated films, but my favorite of all was “Her” the movie.  I have to confess to thinking it sounded a bit odd/too far fetched (A guy falls in love with his operating system?  Huh?  Siri is irritating as hell.) but it turned out to be funny (like side-splitting hilarious), sweet, beautifully shot (I am a fan of shallow depths of field and pastels), and throught provoking.  I highly recommend running to the theater to see this one.
