It’s a new year and about time I started up my favorite topic to post about again – artists that I love who make paintings that would hang in my imaginary gallery.  The first one for 2014 is Katie Stratton.  I am absolutely and completely taken with her gorgeous almost-abstract paintings.  She uses really lovely colors and a not-quite-representational style to make gorgeous paintings.  I ordered one of her prints (which was delivered in seconds and looks great in my place), and I am dying for an original piece.  Check her out!
