So apparently the world didn’t end (I’m sure the Mayans were right about some other things and I’m pretty glad they got this wrong, for the record.)  Since we’re still here, here’s some weekend reading and viewing for y’all:
*Check out a whole bunch of hair tutorials for long hair (I love hair tutorials, in case you hadn’t noticed and am impatiently growing my shoulder crop back out so that I can do these myself again).
*I *love* how this small apartment is decorated — this will make you want to move into the smallest space you can find.
*Instagram caused quite the kerfuffle this week, making me very glad I haven’t really embraced that social media outlet.
* Amazing interview with a teacher who saved her students at Sandy Hook.  This brought tears to my eyes.
* Continuing my twin obsession, check out this series of photos of non-twin-look-alikes.
* It may not surprise you to learn that I was voted “preppiest” in my high school class (before that was kind of cool), so it shouldn’t surprise you at all to learn that I love this round-up of plaid.
