& I am getting so nostalgic reading all the posts on my Facebook from friends who still live in New Orleans. This time of year is just magical there — not everyone knows this, but Mardi Gras is a whole season there, not just a day and for two weeks leading up to Fat Tuesday, there are brilliant parades all the time.  They are elaborate, glittery, interactive, and just plain fun.  Oh how I miss living there.  I’ll probably have a few more favorite pics from there over the next week or so, here’s one for today:
