For the love of paper

As much as I love digital photography, it does make me a little bit sad that so many pictures are never properly printed.  I suppose you could think of old photos as clutter to be cleared out and sent to a flea market (like the pictures here, seen at the Paris flea) for resale to a nostalgic person like me.  But I prefer to think of photos as little memories that you can stumble upon long after you forgot they existed & you can glimpse a little moment in time.  It’s the closest thing we have to time travel, really, I think.  Anyway, this is just a little plea to please print your pictures before your computer technology changes and your digital images are gone.
