Last year I was so not into the holidays. I had had enough. It felt like I had just decorated the house 10 minutes before (the year before) & I just wasn’t ready to do it all over again. I think when it feels like a chore, it’s time to rethink. So I came up with the idea of doing the holidays every other year. In off years, I’ll do a Charlie Brown tree & keep it low key. In on years, well, apparently, I am going to do it up. It’s only October & I am already cruising Pinterest for party inspiration. I am loving pink & red & gold as holiday colors for this year (why be limited by red & green?). Found & pinned this picture on martha stewart online & it’s anchoring my decorating concept this year. Anyone have fun party ideas?
